Can I send my media kit with Hopfile?
Yes, as a PDF, in the same link as your videos. For an online media kit that updates itself, with your statistics, use Kitzy: Hopfile is for sending the large files that go with it.
How long does the brand have to download?
7 days without an account, up to 15 days with a free account, and you can push the date back from your dashboard.
Are my videos compressed?
No. The brand gets the exact file you exported, unlike messaging apps that re-encode videos.
Can I choose the end of the link?
Yes, with a free account: /spring-campaign for example, if it is still available.
Can I send the link by email?
Yes. With a free account, choose "Send by email": your recipient gets the link directly, with your message, the number of files and the expiry date. Up to 10 email sends per day; otherwise, copy the link and paste it anywhere.
