How is it different from the free version of TransferNow?
Availability: up to 15 days with a free account, compared with 7 days. Size: 10 GB per transfer with a free account. And tracking: visits, downloads, country and device in your dashboard.
Where does Hopfile store files?
In the European Union, with Cloudflare. Files are deleted when the link expires.
Are files scanned by an antivirus?
Not automatically for now. If some content looks suspicious, report it: we check it and remove it if needed.
Can I receive files?
Yes, with a free account: create a file request and send the link. As many people as you like drop their files there without creating an account, and you track every upload.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account: 5 GB per transfer, available for 7 days. The free account adds size, availability, tracking and a custom link.
